Food vlogger Zeelicious wants to show you how to make the perfect dinner recipe with grilled fish, yam fries and yummy sauce.

For the Fish, you will need:
– 2 croaker fish (cut in pcs)
– A drizzle of oil
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
– 2 tablespoons ketchup
– 1 tablespoon green chilli sauce
– 1 tablespoon all purpose seasoning
– Salt to taste

For the Sauce
– 5 fresh tomatoes
– 3 tatashe (chilli red bell pepper)
– 2 onion bulbs
– 2 garlic cloves
– 1 large carrot
– 1 red bell pepper
– 1 yellow bell pepper
– 1/2 tablespoon garlic paste
– 3 tablespoons ketchup
– 1 tablespoon green chilli pepper sauce
– 1 tablespoon all purpose seasoning
– 2 cooking spoons oil
– Salt to taste
