Parties have always held a special place in my heart, because they’ve given me the chance to connect with loved ones in our otherwise busy lives and at the same time have fun and kept my mind and body recharged. Clothing and style is a part of life and fashion can be seen as expression of one’s self.

COVID-19 has changed life as we know with limits on social gatherings, most public facilities closed, and travel restricted, special moments like weddings, baby showers, birthdays, and anniversaries etc have come to a screeching halt. Meaning no where to slay to 😥. It can be hard to deal with the emotional response when these events are cancelled as they are often related to some of life’s most exciting milestones. During the pandemic, some of us may feel disheartened, as we are no longer able to celebrate special occasions and spend time with family.

After crises comes celebration. We might presently be stewing in our isolated woes, crying into the latest homemade soup, but the drunken joy of regaining our freedom once this is all over could also parallel that of past crises. Life will be a Technicolour daze of buzzing streets, exultant parties and cake.

Even though this is a difficult time, rather than one of celebration, it’s important that we continue to stay safe during these times to continue to stop the spread of COVID-19 and come out stronger post corona.

When we are finally able to return to social activities like parties and happy hours, we gonna turn up hard.
